Challenge/
Dubious fundraising methods in the charity sector came under intense media scrutiny in 2015. To restore trust, the RNLI decided to ask every single supporter for express consent to keep in touch.

Solution/
A distress flare. A 999 call. The emergency pager that rallies the lifeboat crew. Communication helps the RNLI save lives - starting with their with supporters.
